Kasa Bryn Mawr Minneapolis

We’ve used Kasa now 3 times in Minnesota. Love these apartment rentals. They’ve been clean quiet,safe and easily accessible. Help is reachable if needed as in once we couldn’t get the elevator to work and someone replied to us immediately. Thank you!

Easy location just a short distance from downtown Mpls, access to major roads. Loved our unit, spacious, lots of windows & natural light. Perfect arrangement for family of four! Kasa Bryn Mawr was great with communication and instructions for checkin/out. Will stay at KBM on our next visit to Mpls!!

I am very happy with the choice of staying here. It is extremely clean and looks like a new apartment. The washer and dryer are a great feature for staying on longer stays. The price was no more than staying in a decent hotel. I bought the parking space. You probably could get by with street parking but I was very happy I was in the parking garage. On arrival you will receive a message or email with extremely detailed instructions and codes for the front door of the building and the elevator. If you follow the instructions exactly as written you should be in good shape. You have to use front door codes to get in building. Then use the elevator code to get to your apartment door. You then use your door code to get into your apartment. As you walk into the apartment hanging on the wall on lanyards are 2 FOBs to enter the building from outside and from parking garage. It also enables the elevator all without using codes. You still use the code to open your apartment door. Also you will have a gdo remote transmitter to enter the parking garage and a card to put on the dash of your car. At this point everything is perfectly easy. It is a good system. The apartment was quiet. It is 15 minutes from university of Minnesota campus. If we stay in Minneapolis in the future I will certainly stay here if it is available.

The room was amazing ! Amenities were amazing also. Washer dryer, decent bathtub and shower water pressure! The dish washer was amazing also! The best part was the balcony view at the very top of the building ! The balcony apart of my room was very nice also! The neighborhood was very quiet and comfortable as well. Overall 9/10 stay!!!! Would definitely come again. PS the place is very baby friendly as well!

Our family needs more than a hotel room anymore and this was more cost effective than two hotel rooms… we were extra pleased that we could book this apartment for a single night! The space is simple but clean. Washer n dryer were a great extra that we needed! Thanks again!

The apartment was exactly like the photos so there were no unexpected surprises. Beautiful, neat and clean. Ince we understood how the codes and pins worked everything worked well and we had a lovely stay and we're comfortable. I did however send a note to the Kasa team about the squeaky bed post that was loose but other than that we were extremely happy. The Kasa team were also on point, ready to assist and helpful and responsive. Thank you

I booked this day for my husband and stepdaughter so he could go to his son's high school graduation. The check-in process was a little tedious but manageable for someone who had knowledge of keyless entry. It would have been difficult for those who don't use email or know how to use a keyless entry though. The room was nice clean and comfortable. The hallways did smell like marijuana, but the room didn't so that was good. There are full-time residence in this building and one helped my husband to park in the correct area as it was not clearly marked. It was nice for them to have a full kitchen and washer dryer. The neighborhood was quiet and the apartment was close to town. I would definitely recommend Kasa And would stay there again.

The location was gopd and the apartment was nice. The kitchen has basic supplies (2 pots, 2 skillets, 4 tall glasses, 1 short glass, and 6 mugs, a few plates and bowls). There was one kitchen towel and no dishcloth or sponge. There were pods for the dishwasher. The unit needs additional glasses, some wine glasses, a corkscrew, some mixing bowls, and other items to make it easy to cook. It also needs towel racks in the bathroom, and some grab bars would be helpful. The garage was nice and convenient. It could also use a chest of drawers or a dresser. The washing machine and dryer were nice. The place was clean and it was comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights and managed okay, but it would be difficult to stay there much longer. If you don't plan to cook, it could work well.
